Our Story

 Why JAG's? JAG's stands for James, Alma & Gerald's Auto Detail.

It all started with the goal of keeping the leather seats in Gerald’s brand-new car from cracking in the summer. After visiting the car wash section at the nearby auto parts store, Gerald learned how important it is to maintain his investment, both inside and out. He began washing his car and Alma’s car once a week with Alma and James soon helping. Neighbors, carpools, and co-workers started to take notice of the workmanship and attention to detail Gerald and his family put into the care of their cars.

James, Alma and Gerald then began detailing cars for friends and family, Gerald took a certification course, and the family began investing in professional equipment.

In 2022, Gerald’s goal of simply preventing his leather seat from cracking became JAG’s Auto Detail.

Fun fact: The 2012 Hyundai Accent seen above was Alma’s car. It was the primary vehicle James, Alma and Gerald learned to detail on.

    3rd Grade Student

    James' favorite part of JAG’s is entertaining our customers. Aside from school, James enjoys playing Luigi’s Mansion 3 on the Nintendo Switch, fishing, and playing with his LEGO collection.

  • Alma

    Bachelor of Science | Computer Science | Divine Word College of Calapan

    Alma is our expert in interior detailing. With a background in fast-food management, she knows how important it is to have a clean environment. During her spare time, Alma enjoys cooking, going out for a walk, and spending time with family.

  • Gerald

    Bachelor of Arts | Communication | Seattle Pacific University

    Gerald focuses on day-to-day operations, and specializes in exterior detailing to ensure a vehicle’s paint is smooth as glass. Gerald enjoys watching movies, keeping up with current events and spending time with family.
